Fleet Banners

I would like to see fleet banners with the fleet emblem on it in the areas like I.E. Starbase DIL mine and the Spire.

    I would like for us to wear those fleet banners on our characters in the forms of medieval-style tabards and Japanese Sashimono


    Further, I demand that starships be given long, flowing space-capes that bear our noble heraldry.

    Also, when a fleet leader such as myself arrives at the starbase, I am always disappointed when the NPCs don't behave like this.
