When you get him and he joins you're crew his skin..err scales change color to orange from green, not sure if you can change it but you can't switch his outfit out either, and he comes with his own unique pistol but it is green variety.
Otherwise it is nice to get a unique boff from the rep system and it would be nice if they do something like this for the next rep system(yes I know we are tired of the grind but there is a good chance cryptic will add another one.)

I'm frelling tired of all of these exclusive BOFFs that I'm compelled to use because of unique ground abilities, but can't be modified to actually lookl like they belong in the crew of a Federation Starship.
