Does anyone know the backstory of this captain?

    It's the CO of the U.S.S. Pluto, guarding the sites that have long since been drawn down into the depths of the underworld. Kinda like a mix between Qualor 2 and GeoCities.
    No one dares speak her name for fear of being "volunteered" to join her crew.

    She's not happy with her job:
    To conserve power the lighting is bad (hence her complexion).
    So is the heating, which is why she rubs he hands together most of the time, taking only brief rest periods where she still holds the tips of her fingers together so she can begin anew at a moment's notice. And nobody stays for a chat, everyone just turns around and leaves.
    And the stories her crew have to share become old after a few years too.
    There's also a serious problem with reception: it's bad...really bad. There's only one channel and it's constantly showing reruns of the Teletubbies...in black and white.
    After a while she started to take people coming and instantly leaving personally, kinda like she takes this assingment personally.
    So instead of warmly welcoming any stranger that ventures into her domain she now has this icy aura around her, only slightly less icy is Andoria during a winterstorm.

    I always considered her to be the poster girl for the current Starfleet in STO.

    There should be a pic of her captioned "This Ain't Your Father's Starfleet".

    Instead of talking hostiles to death, she would send 200 isotons of "**** You" their way, delivered via express space mail.

    Someone should make a Foundry story about her.

    I dunno, but been seeing her so much the last two days, I am thinking of buying her a ring.

    She looks a bit like a vampire to me. In an adam's family but not as friendly sort of way.

    I tried like heck to make a toon that looks like her but wasn't able to.
    I can sort of get close to her skin color but can't seem to get the eyes or chin right.

    I'd buy that skin for a dollar!

    Oh well, I tried.
