Missing fleet invite?

Hi there.
I am having trouble joining a friend's fleet. We are friends in STO, and we both logged on tonight so he could invite my Klingon character to his fleet. But for some reason I never received the invite and the game won't let him re-invite me since he invited me once.
Any idea where I could find a fleet invite other than it popping up in the middle of my screen?
Or how to solve this issue otherwise?

(PS My Fed character is in a fleet, a different one, and I was invited by a friend so I've done this before with no issues.)

Also Such the fleet and join in manually this should work as well to off set the invite bug you or have trouble with.
