Cannot zoom map out all the way in some sector blocks

You cannot zoom the map out all the way in some sector blocks. I believe the problem occurs with sector blocks that are shaped like vertically oriented rectangles instead of horizontally oriented rectangles or squares. For example, here is how the Regulus Sector Block looks with the scale slider set to minimum.

I submitted a ticket for this bug a while ago. But a seeing that it has existed for a few seasons now, I can only assume it has transitoned to become a feature

It's a glitch that's been here since LoR launch I think... or something.... it was definitely last year.
