This game might actually be worth spending real money on at some point. I'll definitely keep this in the back of my head when the next sales come up.
I literally laughed out loud when I read this. If you're trying to get my hopes up it won't work. I lost all hope in customer support when I started playing the game.

Sorry support team. I know this is an olive branch, but you guys have a pretty well deserved reputation to overcome first.
Support from this company is a joke.
Get the poor GMs a character editor. They need some power to effect change far more then more hours on the clock.

I really get the feeling that the support team is comprised of average people who know very little about each of PerfectWorld's games. Why don't we have actual people from Cryptic who know Cryptic games?
I admit, I'm spoiled coming from Eve Online. CCP hires GMs who understand Eve. We may not always agree with the GMs decision, but at least we know we're both talking about the same game.
I'd really like to see some improvement in this area, Cryptic. Is this possible?

Yesterday I looked at my account in Arc to see when I get my 500 free zen and it showed 3 months and 1 day and I hadn't received it yet. I filed a support ticket last night and today they responded: "Looks like your stipend went in today. Check it again." ticket closed.
Well I logged into the game and there was my zen. I looked at my checkbook and it turns out I purchased lifetime sub on November 24, so all I had to do was wait 1 more day to get it LOL. But it was nice to have a HUMAN respond to my support ticket.
I'm still skeptical a little since this was only 1 support ticket, but my hopes have gone up a little that it really has improved.

Who does the support staff work under? Cryptic directly, PWE or subcontracted?
