Extended Support Hours

Greetings Players!

We are pleased to announce that our Customer Service and Billing support hours have been extended to better, and more quickly, serve you. Starting now, our support teams will be working during the hours of 10AM to 7PM PST, 7 days a week. Need any help with login issues? Let us know. Having in-game problems? We?re here to help! Make sure to bookmark our support site here and reach out to us anytime.

In addition, during this year and beyond, we will be constantly looking at ways we can continue to improve our support experience. For the near future, one of our goals is to be able to add live chat to our suite of support services. Stay tuned for more information!

Thank you so much for your continued support and we look forward to seeing you in-game soon.

    Can't believe I'm living to see this :eek:

    This game might actually be worth spending real money on at some point. I'll definitely keep this in the back of my head when the next sales come up.

    As nice as the extended hours are, the key point here that makes me happy is;
    7 days a week
    Former moderator of these forums. Lifetime sub since before launch. Been here since before public betas. Foundry author of "Franklin Drake Must Die".

    I literally laughed out loud when I read this. If you're trying to get my hopes up it won't work. I lost all hope in customer support when I started playing the game.

    Now all we need is support for everyone outside of the west coast of the US. Like for example, everywhere else in the world as 7pm to 4am isn't much use to us Europeans.

    HOORAY more time to be wildly ignored when submitting tickets, be told there's nothing that can be done when you lose hard-earned currency to CRYPTIC BUGS (lost 75k FC to a bug and support told me too bad) :mad:, and basically get no results from anything, ever.
    Delta Rising is the best expansion ever and the players love it! No, seriously! ...Why are you laughing so hard? :(

    Silly Perfect World. You have to actually provide customer support before you can extend its availability. :P

    Sorry support team. I know this is an olive branch, but you guys have a pretty well deserved reputation to overcome first.

    Sorry to be negative about this. But given that the customer support team has repeatedly demonstrated complete impotence how is this an improvement?

    Get the poor GMs a character editor. They need some power to effect change far more then more hours on the clock.

    Could you please define the word "support?" When I ask a question, I usually receive:

    a.) a short message advising me to check the forms for an answer.
    b.) an incorrect answer.

    I really get the feeling that the support team is comprised of average people who know very little about each of PerfectWorld's games. Why don't we have actual people from Cryptic who know Cryptic games?

    I admit, I'm spoiled coming from Eve Online. CCP hires GMs who understand Eve. We may not always agree with the GMs decision, but at least we know we're both talking about the same game.

    I'd really like to see some improvement in this area, Cryptic. Is this possible?

    HOLEY SWISS CHEESE BATMAN! Customer support now has people!

    Yesterday I looked at my account in Arc to see when I get my 500 free zen and it showed 3 months and 1 day and I hadn't received it yet. I filed a support ticket last night and today they responded: "Looks like your stipend went in today. Check it again." ticket closed.

    Well I logged into the game and there was my zen. :D I looked at my checkbook and it turns out I purchased lifetime sub on November 24, so all I had to do was wait 1 more day to get it LOL. But it was nice to have a HUMAN respond to my support ticket.

    I'm still skeptical a little since this was only 1 support ticket, but my hopes have gone up a little that it really has improved. :)

    Well I hope those were real people I saw at PWE's office where I was told was the CS/GM team... otherwise those were some very good mannequins :P
