So I cant name names of course, nor would I since id get every excuse in the book, that being said...
I know of about 3-4 high end PvPers in the space arenas that always seem to magically appear opposite of the same 3-4 players that literally never move or do anything in a match.
It is plainly obvious. those of you that I am addressing. that you do it to force a 5-4/4-3 advantage in numbers, gimping the opposing team.
Dont try to say youre not either, it is literally always the same couple of people that do it, and stupidly they always use the same couple of alts via name and @handle.

Also, if there is a TOS issue regarding multiple accounts, can anyone clarify it for me, id gladly submit a report on it with all the data ive collected.

Dilithium farming would be my guess as to the reason. That's not an excuse, just an observation. I don't approve of alt-farming public queues in any way. They could just as easily set up a private match.
If they are indeed doing this just to achieve a numerical advantage, then yes, by all means report them. They are exploiting and most likely botting.
I think I don't quite understand the problem (or rather: how one can reliably make this happen, if it is really happening).
But I have noticed that the shuttle PVP queue tends to put me and "Will the real MT please stand up" on opposing sides. Since that is one of the better shuttle players, I call hax and demand easier matches!
There is no need to say something, just report them.
This behavior should not be tolerated.

Yep, that guy is one of them. He doesnt always get his alt in, but whenever he does he literally only ever shoots it.

Better ways to farm.... If all he does is shoot his alt, Why ?
To win at all costs. Give oneself an advantage via numbers. There are people out there like that I guess. Goes hand in hand with logging out to avoid death, throwing a fit in zone when one loses a match, etc.
But its not just one person, i know at least three different ones, and possibly a fourth but I dunno if ive seen that one enough to be certain. They do however all behave differently. One of them specifically talks a LOT of trash.

Why que... then que your alt... hoping you get on opposite teams. Which you have no control over.... Then when you do get in a match against your alt do nothing but shot at them.
It doesn't make any sense at all really... 1 from one side does nothing but shot at the other from the other side ? Does his alt just die instant like so he farms his alt for 15 kills as fast as he can... then I understand he trying to farm dilihtium. Which is why I always tell everyone reward for PvP are stupid. Still there are so many easier ways to farm D if you are douchy enough to be dual boxing.... it still boggles my head.
Only thing I can think of ... The Games RP guys are trying to troll PvP... cause they feel slighted by Space Orthodontists or something. I'm sure some how this involves a disco ball, and some bell bottoms.
Also stop referring to them has high end or good PvPers. Start referring to them as nobodies, non persons etc. Shun them and report them, stand as a community against losers like this.

Well if it's FvK you would have a good chance of getting it on the opposite team. Certain times of the day the queues are pretty empty and there seems to be only 1-2 matches going on.
The only thing I can think of why someone would do this is to get easy kills to win. For some people only winning is fun. Plus, that dude gets free dilithium to buy keys.
I say report him. He's double dipping and ruining the game for other players.
I've seen weirder things in MMO PvP. I once had a guy in another MMO wait 12 hrs for me to log on just to spawn kill me as I was logging in because I killed him trying to kill me. That's pretty darn OCD.
You should fraps it, and report it.
I support that. They need to be shamed.

And quite honestly, if nothing more than that can be provided, it serves no purpose other than to give the cynical another claim to make when they think they have been slighted.
No matter how respected OP is, we as a community need to take these factless allegations and completely disregard them. No good can come from dwelling on this subject.

I think you'll find that the ToS actually does provide for permabans - if you got a temporary ban that mainly suggests you hadn't crossed that line.
As to the second part, I hope you're using dynamic (ISP-side) IP and MAC adressess if making claims like that - it's child's play for any half decent support operator to just look those up and close all accounts linked to them.
You also seem to take a certain joy or pride in having been banned. I don't really get that - but that's just me.
