Bank Account How to get it set up?

Hello,
Thanks to the advice I got here about selling the lot of box's I got!
I been getting mail saying they are beening sold ok to other players.
But although the box's sell,
I am on the earth starbase trying to access the bank to see about were my sold box's credits are?
I can't seem to get into the bank it just states I can't access the bank account at this time?
So how do I set up myself a bank account and how do I make sure those sold box's that been sold already have the paid credits moved into my bank account when I got one set up?
Plus can I buy Zen with the credits I get from selling these box's?

The Account bank isn't a must to play the game, but it has its uses if you play on several characters on the same account.
Lasty, you can get Zen with EC by buying Contraband for EC, then go to a security officer (like the caitian in the central area of the ESD) and turn them in, then you get dil, the converion rate is 2000 dil for about 200000-250000 EC, what means you can get about 14-18 Zen with 250000 EC (Depends on Dil -> Zen exchange rate of course)

EDIT: To add that as well, you can get access to the account bank by purchasing it in-game for 1000Zen in the C-Store, or by being a gold-member (what makes at least 15$ for once, but that also gives you additional benefits) - not that you have to purchase it, just wanted to say that as well
Being unable to access your account is weird perhaps its a bug related to then I'd try again today and see if it still happens if it does send a ticket to PWE/Cryptic Support.
Zen can only be bought with Dilithium (via Dilithium Exchange on the dropdown under minimap) or with real life funds.

I just hope now to work out how to get the zen needed to buy 3 bridge offices which
I need for the Engineering stations ( 3 blank box's ) on my enterprise E type starship,
Which has no enginers posted at this time in those 3 box's as they cost allot to buy
just for one?
I have only 77 Zen at this time! After doing many missions and getting some dilithium
to sell for zen at the starbase?
It is so hard to get this zen credit built up to a high level even after plaing so many
missions etc.?

um.... there are only 2 Engineering bridge officer spots on a soverign class ship. you should have at least gotten 1 through level up, as every ship from the starter ship onward has 1 bridge officer slot of each type per ship.
most likely you havent been Promoting your BO's and thus not getting their higher tier abilities.
Getting ZEN is always hard, because it is a real coin, money. The rate you are going to gather zen without paying actual real money will be really really really really slow. At any level.
But if you have more characters, you can gather dilithium with all of em and use the exchange to convert to zen, as they said.
Now, more characters imply more time, and its probably that, unless you play a lot of hours a day, you will not have time to gather too much dilithium.
Yes, Cryptic lets players get Zen by massive grinding of Dilithium, so they can honestly say that you don't need to spend money, but really, PWE wants you to buy Zen with real money.
Well, what do I do?
I checked the duty officers on my bridge and were they are stationed!
It seems my bridge officer is noted as being in charge of the shields console & the enigneering console as well, but you said for this class of starship there is only 2 bridge slots for enigneering?
But,
I looked and there is 3 blank black box's there on the enigneering area of my bridge? As the one above it has just 2 box's to fill and has got one filled?
All my brige stations box's have one bridge officer except the engineering which on the main screen under the outside view of my ship when,
I am fighting etc. and using the many weapons etc. with the bridge officers faces next to them, all are there except the enigneering area which has 3 box's with yellow borders around them all blank and empty of any officers?
The only time I've seen a face of a deck officer under the enigneering list is when I view the main list of my deck officers?
But none show up in the bottom of the screen when I see the outside view of my starship in the fight mode or fly view?
It is so odd that got the zen after some missions upto the level so I could buy a federation crew pack but can't seem to find them or use them?
Plus my full crew list shows lots of crew some able to use in the engineering role, But can't seem to move any over to it? All I can do is train them or send them on training missions to do a set thing?
So odd!
I was told by the info computer help area that I can use federation merits to get a bridge officer if I go to the Personnel desk at the starbase?
Which I can't find on the earth main starbase?
Even though it was said to be somewhere there?
I got lots of marks and merits and stuff in my lists and lots of EC,
But can't work out how to use them to help me get that engineering bridge officrs I need?
Any advice?
STOwiki does not mention it, but if I remember correctly, the Account Bank slots don't open until your character ranks up - to what level I don't know.
It's only 10 slots to begin with and end up with 40 for silver players and 60 for gold players, more if you purchase them from the C-Store. These are expensive to expand and are only really useful for trading between your alternate characters.

If I am reading it correct, when you look at the bridge officers under U then Stations in the ship bit some of the boxes are black - have you promoted your Bridge Officers so they can use more skills?

Each Starship has Bridge Officer "Stations" which, depending on the ship level, will have a different "Rank" associated with it. Bridge officers can have up to 4 "Ranks" (Up to Commander level) which equals 4 "Powers" or "Skills".
When you a "Skill" for a bridge officer to a certain level, it will unlock the ability to "Promote" them to the next "Rank" and "unlock" their next power.
A Bridge Officer can only be "promoted" higher if you, the Captain, have reached a higher rank as well.
You can use a "Skill Trainer" in ESD to change what skills each Bridge Officer has at the various ranks, to suit your play style and/or needs.
Uhh...What? I average 20+ contraband a day on one character alone, just from doing doff assignments and I have over 300 of them in storage on just one character. That translates into quite a bit of zen. I don't know where you're getting yours but you might want to adjust your strategy a bit

Yes I did Promote all my deck officers to Commander rank and trained them upto what the system will let me do so?
But I can't seem to promote them any higher or train them much more at this rank?
I myself am a vice admiral upper half (50)
Enigneering still needs 3 box's to fill, and as I said at this time my shields deck officer deems to be the only one in the two stations!
( engineering & shields when viewed in the deck officers overview screen )
But in the view of the ship in space there is no one in engineering at all?
That's why I need to find a way to get one in there!
I checked my crew reserve and there is allot of crew who could do the job in engineering, But I can't seem to get them moved there? Only send them on skill training jobs!
What can I do?
any help be very helpful.
