"Intimidating Strikes" work with missiles?

So the trait says it has a 10% chance of confusing targets when firing torpedoes, but does this also work with the Rapid Fire Missile Launcher?

    yes, it does. Any torpedo like weapon...so the breen mine torp is a no.
