was Kahn a character thing or account wide?

apparently i missed a toon and I cannot outfit him, the bare chest is not available

    The instructions from the STO promo page about it specifically said to play STO from ARC and to log into each character to unlock it. When you login to each character, you will get an email thanking you for using ARC. You get that, you should be able to go to the Tailor and use the outfit, which is under Offduty Uniforms.

    I don't think it's ended, seems active.

    When I logged in with Arc it told me it unlocked for all my characters..

    I logged in from Steam after logging in once on Arc, and I had full access to the Khan uniform.

    Reminds me one thing. All alts on my account have access to the Kahn uniform, yet the famous Kahn mullet is gone. Nowhere can I find the hairdo.
    OK, if I have to stay here for a while, your cieling ... looks idious.:D
