Okay so I have had this little gem for quite awhile and I love it, now the only way I know to get it is by having a Collectors Edition of the game.

However today a person in my Fleet told me that they also got it by purchasing the Steam Starter Pack, now I'm wondering if this is true or not, because if that's the case I know a lot of people in my Fleet that are quite interested in picking one up.

Does anyone know if this is true?

    I've only heard of it being in the collector's addition.

    Yep thanks guys, and I thought so, but wasn't sure if they decided to include it or not since I know Steam does have the habit of not listing everything sometimes or forgetting to update pages.
