I cannot access my account bank, I've submitted a ticket to report the problem 2 weeks ago. Still can't access my Account Bank and there is some Mirror Universe ships in there that i would really like to retrieve!

Multiple tickets about the same issue doesn't help any as those tickets just get plopped to the bottom of the queue. 1 GM ticket is suffice then being patient. It may take a bit to get a response unless you filed a bug report ticket then you won't ever get one as bug reports only get replies when absolutely necessary.

i did file a bug report ticket because i should be able to access my account bank. i was able to before and now for whatever reason, i cannot. its been 3 weeks since i submitted the first ticket. and ive never had to wait this long before
This hit me too, although I don't use it often, I do use it. The first time I didn't pay much attention, as it was just before a "surprise server downtime" (*cough* crash *cough*) so I figured it was just a part of the issue.
Tried just a bit ago, and it says "not available". What makes me wonder (and what I put in the report), I checked the account dashboard thing from the STO website link, and got "you have never subscribed". I went in game to file a ticket to account/billing, and got a slightly different addy to check my info, which did say I was subscribed.

So -something- is wrong -somewhere-...now the questions are what, where, and when can I get back into my account bank, as I do keep stuff there (like regenerators and ship components and stuff).
