Request: Use Fed UI for Romulan and Klingon

I don't like the angled Romulan UI or the square Klingon UI, and i'd like to be able to use the Fed UI (LCARS) for all of my characters regardless of faction. Does anyone know how to mod this?

Edit:
I also prefer the Fed UI sounds to the Romulan UI sounds, and would like to replace those as well.

    Funny, just today I changed my Fed UI color scheme to Klingon, and wished I could also change the soundsets from Fed boring ones to Klingon ones too. Don't think it's possible though. You can change the UI color scheme in your options though.

    Yea, already got the color changed from within Options, but the layout is the part that i need to mod. If anyone knows how or can point me in the right direction, i'd greatly appreciate it.
