Your loyal players have come up with a stupendously awesome idea. Have George Takei (AKA Mr. Sulu from TOS) do voice-over work for STO. I suggest the following, just to start:
In the Battlezone, when the oversized cybernetic dinosaurs spawn at the silos, have a George Takei VO with him saying "Oh myyyyy" in his best voice.
When we capture all 3 silos in the Battlezone, have him say "All your base are belong to us!" in his best voice.
For season 9 or 10, give us a time-travel FE arc where Captain Hikaru Sulu and the USS Excelsior show up through a time rip, complete with cutscenes and audio by George Takei. Because Pure Awesomeness.
You could even have a fundraiser drive; basically, pick a charity (say, the Human Rights Campaign, or Emily's List) and say that players have a month or so to raise a million dollars for that charity, and if they raise that much you will get George Takei. Make it nice and public; George Takei does a lot of charity work, and I think that he'd be more receptive to doing VOs if you did such a fundraiser.
