? how to get to lvl 51 ? (closed, necro)

My title says vice admiral (50) and my bar has ceased to move since I got there. Yet the D'vak guy says you can only do elite STF missions when you get to 51?
What am I missing here?
Do you have to complete all episodes first or something?

    The game only has 50 levels. There is no level 51. The D'vak statement is wrong from when they changed the game from 1 to 51 to 0 to 50.

    51 used to be the max level. 50 is the current max so think of it this way ....

    Any text referring to level 51 means level 50.

    what about people in other places on the forums reffering to 55 as the level cap? Earlier I ran accross a thread where people were complaining about it stopping at 55.

    Those people were either mistaken or possibly you read something incorrectly. The game has not had a level increase in over a year at this point. 50 is the limit.

    Agreed. There "has" been talk of an "eventual" level increase with the coming updates to fleets. The confusion "might" be from the fact that back before Season 4, this was set at "Season 5". However, instead of calling the FTP changes as Season 4.5, they just called the FTP update Season 5. This means that the next update which this update "MIGHT" come would now be Season 6.

    Please keep in mind, until the Devs have an "Offical" post on what changes a Season has, it is all "pie in the sky"

    hi I have a dominion dread ship. but at the Klingon ship yard I tried to buy jem h dar fighters ,but it stated that I could not buy until I reached level 51.....currantly I am at max level 50....reading these comments I agree now that theirs only max level 50 ...just don't get way states level 51 in order to buy jem fighters ,may be needs update patch to correct issue ?

    Wish I had some info for you, never heard of something asking for lvl 51 before...

    there definately is another issue why you can't buy them...are you talking about standard fighters or the frigate class pet ships? because the frigate class pets are only available to characters that own the jem hadar bug ship.
