  Here's my PvP build for my fleet Mogai. Two piece set bonus from Valdore console plus C-store mogai retro give ion particle beam and energy drain reduction plus the drain reduction from the new Spire elite plasma infused singularity core = good times.

  OOOf with a subspace field modulator, doesn't that thing cause a -400 resistance to proton to yourself? If so better hope someone doesn't use proton based damage on you.
