Rule 62 console

for you that use the rule 62 console it not give damage to the Nukara web mine

    hmmm tis not a mine console...look it up..and i'm not even sure those are true mines

    According to the information available they are a Mine and the console should be buffing them even if it is a paltry 11% damage boost.

    I would like to say it was lordhavelock who determined that mine damage is characterized through kinetic damage. Being that these mines are "physical" would be the reason why the rule 62 and the mine boosting tactical console have no affect.

    It could've been VD, was awhile ago now...

    this is not ture the Conentrated tachyon mine that are in that set get a damage boost form it and they do damage to the shields

    This console isn't worth using or the space it takes up. The benefits are just too small and the set bonuses, well, it's almost a roleplaying boost more than anything. I find that I use my expensive copy of the Rules of Acquisition more than the Ferengi set on my Fed toon.

    I use it for the flow caps just because I want to get to the highest point possible.
