Marion, 2 techs, quatermaster battery doff, 2 maintenance battery doffs.
I feel so god damn ashamed for using aux2bat on this ship...but it's the only way I feel confident with the cooldowns. Emergency power to engines puts me in a very fun place. But i can't give up emergency power to weapons, it is too strong to loset
For those that would like to see the max dps build, here it is...

Marion, quatermaster battery doff, 3 maintenance battery doffs, dylrene
This build is just sick on the dps, problem is that I have a speed issue...38 is decent but I just need more...
Here is the single aux2vat build I've been tossing around to very high disappointment...
http://skillplanner.stoacademy.com/?build=singleayx2batplesh_0
3 techs, Marion, dylrene and a rsp doff
Single aux2bat just never triggered epte/eptw to where i wanted them to be
http://skillplanner.stoacademy.com/?build=anideaemerges_0
2-3 damage control doffs, marion, quatermaster, 1-2 maintenance doffs
Just thought of that one...i wonder if it could work...would be a pain if no damage control doff triggered...
Chive on and prosper, eh?

The single aux2batt build was an idea I had to get 2 eptX, rsp and dem on global...falls just short of that mark with the eptX abilities. The build is sure fun. But the loss of maintenance doffs hurts a tad
Dps channel trials are based around ise, dylrene is there for a boost where you normally wouldn't get one.
Rsp is a fantastic ability, when you go full boar dps. Emergency oh shot button ls are required. Talking 25k+ with cannons
Right now, double aux2bat is what's working...great speed, amazing dps...i prefer the non aux build, but like I said, the lack of speed suck the fun out

^^ See, this here is a great example of different play styles. Me? I always chose the [-Th] Consoles. As John Candy once said: "You know that expression 'No pain, no gain'? Well, I got another one: No pain, sounds good to me!" :P
And speed, I never get that, tbh. In an Escort, I'm facing my foe head-on (within my 45 degree arc). Which is probably why I need my dual EPtS so much, come to think of it. The last thing I want is ADHD-ing across the map! My engine power is normally at its lowest (which is to say, high enough to keep it at 75 with the Leech). And nothing an Evasive Maneouvres plus [ECap] can't fix, in case of an emergency.
Yup, just got 5x 1.6% CrtH Tactical Vulnerabilty Locators Phaser consoles myself too (since a few days). Never seen me so much CrtH in my life, LOL. 25.9%, for a fed, on my FAE: I say that's not bad.
As for JHAS, it's virtually identical to the Fleet Patrol Escort (only with 5x Tact consoles, of course). Still, JHAS should be very sturdy too (don't have one yet: not paying 500+ mil for a ship, out of principle). But, yeah, the new CrtH Tactical Vulnerabilty Locators are gonna favor those ships with 5x Tact Consoles.
Timing would be the trick but you could maybe even run APO3 and APB2 back to back with it too as well as getting more from your heals as they would synergies well with the 27s CD on aux to batt if it is activated more than 5s into the HE+TSS cool down....you'll see what I mean if it's not clear.
Generally the thing to make sure you're doing with an aux to battery build is you have to keep count of the cycle. Making sure you're activating it to get the reduction when you need it without gimping yourself for heals.
It is through repetition that we learn our weakness.
A master with a stone is better than a novice with a sword.
Has damage got out of control?
This is the last thing I will post.
BoP Alpha Snipers are the most deadly escort(raider) in the game.
Fleet T'varo has the ability to take down a 65k+ ship in two to three seconds and the Fleet B'rel/Norgh are beyond versatile Alpha Strike killers.
