Square blocks and glowing uniforms

Ive been getting strange graphic issues i use a nvidia GTS 450 drivers are up to date , this is the only game i this problem with , started when season 8 went live , i cant seem to post a screenshot so i see blocks where the NPC tags over their heads , and in getting uniforms that are glowing , in space phasers are long rectangles photons are squares and shields glow...:eek:
