1- Data's Scout ship for a new shuttle
-2 fore weapons slot , -1 aft weapon slot
Or -3 fore weapon slots
-1 Lt Tac BOFF slot
-1 Lt Eng BOFF slot
-1 Lt Sci BOFF slot
1 Eng console slot
-1 Sci console slot
-1 Tac console slot
-Hull - 6500 Scales with player
-Shield -2000 Scales with player
-Shield Modifier - 0.75
-Crew - 4
2- Lifetime and Gold members 2 new energy weapon types as a reward or to be
purchased from the C-Store or with Dilithium at Level 50
-1 Mk-XII Phase modulated Plasma Disruptor Beam or Cannon
-with a Phaser Proc, Plasma Proc and a Disruptor Proc.
-1 Mk-XII Polarized Tetryon infused Antiproton Beam or Cannon
- with Polaron Proc, Tetryon Proc and Antiproton Proc.
My first post I think that these would be cool.

Also triple proc weapons would be fairly over-powered as well...
Shuttle is OP as a shuttle yes. The weapon selection though are not if those are the only buffs they have.
Fleet systems are OP having a 4th buff conventional systems don't. If these weapons did not offer acc chtc chth dmg then offering 3 procs at 2.5% each can hardly be considered OP.
