What kind of mechanic do you enjoy?

I've recently changed my pure dps Plesh Brek to a need for speed sting boat.

When your speed stays in the 120s...the you get a new sense of enjoyment...

I am missing the amount of dps I was doing but it is so much fun maintaining high speeds.

So. What are you? Full speed. Full power to weapons. Or do you like to take a locking and keep on ticking?

    Well I like to do a mix of dps and speed without the point and shoot escort bring, damn that's boring!

    Nothing quite like using a mix of skills including evasives to push a cruiser speed higher than full impulse speed :D

    The speed is quite addictive. But the amount of power needed to be given up makes me a sad panda

    Dogfighting in whatever I can get my hands on.

    >_> I even dogfight in cloak and dagger ships and bops I probably shouldnt use for that purpose.

    Maxxed out weapons and shields settings. I like to imagine my opponents puzzled face when they see the small amount of damage they're doing to me while I mealt through their shields. "How is he doing so much damage if his shields are so strong?". Lol. They say the best offense is a good defense, and they say the best defense is a good offense, but I say, why not have both?

    I've focused on speed this time too, seeing as I've done 'sit there and get shot' tanking and 'kill it before it kills me' tanking as well it was the only logical choice left.

    It's been great fun so far, I'm liking the hit counters saying nothing but 'miss' all the time :)

    Speed above 24 impulse does nothing for your Bonus Defense.
