Veteran BOff(s) Inquiry

For those that do not already know these special BOffs were available from Elsa Mora located in the "Personnel" area at the Earth Spacedock, in the "northeast" area, to a handful of players as compensation for being jipped during the currency conversion of Season 5. I don't like KDF so I've never played them and know not where they get their version.

The BOffs themselves are quiet superb. In addition to human traits they have 2 additional traits...
Space Warefare Specialist:
+5 Starship Maneuvers
+5 Starship Targeting Systems
+5 Starship Energy Weapon Specialization
+5 Projectile Weapon Specialization

Veteran:
Passive; Affects Friends and Self
+10 All Damage resistance
+10% Dodge Chance
+10% Avoidance

Moving forward to the questions.

1. Any word on whether they will make these Veteran BOffs available to Veterans/Lifers?

2. Are there any owners (not people who know people) selling/trading these unique BOffs?

If YES, proceed to question 3.
If NO, with respect... please do not reply, apart from question 1.

3. What is your price (EC, Lobi ship, etc.)?

For reasonable* prices, it will be noted and taken into consideration.
For unreasonable prices, thank you for your time.
For sarcastic remarks and trolling, with respect... you know where to shove it.

*What is reasonable is merely ones point-of-view. So to specify what is reasonable in this instance, 136 million Energy Credits per BOff.

    1. Extremely doubtful it will ever happen since it was a reward for TRIBBLE over players, but the devs turned the Combat EV Suits from a C-Store purchase to a Veteran reward so there is precedent for it as long as they are unique Bridge Officers that can't be traded.

    I see. But just like the Android BOffs are not tradeable I don't see why not with the Veteran BOffs :)
