Any 2 hangar carriers coming out?

Does anyone have some clues about a 2 hangar carrier ((hopefully a 4 fore/ 3 aft weapon loadout, like my beloved JHDC))? I haven't heard anything and I find it really odd that the Obelisk had so much hype around it, but not another 2 hangar carrier.
Anyway, I'm on the fence about the Voth Bastion Flight-Deck Cruiser. I like how it has a 4/4 weapon loadout and a hangar slot, but I swore off ever getting another lockbox ship after what I went through with my JHDC.

One day Cryptic will be free from their Perfect World overlord. Until that day comes, they will continue to pamper the whales of this game, and ignore everyone that isn't a whale.

The only clue we have about the next 2 hangar carrier is that it has 2 hangars and has Carrier stats.
Fleet Kar'Fi would fit the bill for what OP is looking for. I believe that's a 4/3 with two hangar bays. Unfortunately, it has Cmdr. Sci rather than Tac so it's probably more effective as a Sci carrier rather than a Tac carrier.
I've not been made aware of any new carriers coming. Only things I heard about new ships were another KDF ship (assumed to be the Negh'Var variant) and rumblings about the possibility of Sci Warbird for the Romulans.
Wrong. It's been said several times that the KDF were getting two ships - one to come "after Christmas".
The Kar'fi is actually pretty capable as Tac carrier with Lt. and Lt. Comm Tac BOffs and 4 Tac consoles (3 for C-Store). I've been flying the C-Store version on my Tac KDF for some time now, solid damage from it's own weapons, Sci CC, and pretty nice frigate pets. Can't tank as well as the JHDC, though, with having only a Lt. Engineer BOff and only two engineering consoles (The fleet Kar'fis higher shield mod might mitigate this, though).
impossible, impractical and too large. besides its so massive you could launch 4 dreadies and destroy everything in moments or go to launch 4 voth carriers and in turn the npc launches 16 npc frigates each for full blown control and dominion of the map.

was never a fan of the escort carriers and that ugly atrox anyways. need a dedicated federation carrier.

A Frigate for the federation would be nice. These paper fighters are annoying.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I think that the Atrox is a beautiful ship.
Although, I do get my carrier fix in by owning an Atrox, a Tholian Recluse, and the Obelisk carrier. I've ended up keeping to the Recluse because it's just pretty -- but it would be interesting to see where a carrier would go on the Fed side without having to borrow/steal it from aliens.

Obelisk and Fleet Obelisk just came out, doubt they'll be another 2-hangar carrier soon. I don't find the Obelisk all that bad, have my KDF Orion flying one now and it holds out pretty well, and it's just the non-fleet version. Mostly carrying beams, have her BOFFS sci and eng heavy, and the HG space set on her running most voth beams.... gives her some tanking capacity while directed purple swarmers on targets.
Or the one I liked from the Next Enterprise contest. It looks carrier-ish with the lower extended hull.
Honestly, I personally still feel that way.
Outside of easier time earning Dilithium, there hardly is a reason to play KDF anymore. Klingons lost cloaks, carriers, and now battlecruisers and raiders. And on top of that, Romulans are more fun to play than KDF due to their Singularity Powers.
The sad part about the above is that we'll have to wait about a year to see it has the next Breen vessel reward for the winter event unless it gets added to the lobi store before that.
What I think will happen is that we'll get a free version of the Capitol ship from next years winter event and an Advanced version of it in the Lobi Store similar to the way that the Obelisk was released.
