Dyson Combat Armor reward

I was getting my second set of Dsyon ground gear when I received this message on the Combat Armor when attempting to collect:

[Inventory] You may only have one of a unique item.

[System] [GroupProjectCollectionFeedback] Failed to collect rewards for "Costume Unlock: Heavy Combat Armor". Make sure that you have room in your inventory.

Here are the steps that I went through:
1) Relogged
2) Verified plenty of pack space
3) Moved to a BOFF
4) Finally and the most frustrating, deleted it to open up my mission slot

Still no avail on trying to get the reward.

    Afaik, you can only have 1-one of these armours, due to its uniqueness.

    Ok that is good to know now. Howver, I do not have one now so it should allow me to get a replacement like all other unique items.

    Dammm, that would suck alot to be limited to only 1 set. Altho I am sure I saw a few days ago someone with 2 boffs, and himself aswell, wearing voth armors. And since you cant put the rep costumes on the boffs (maybe this changed, I haved checked), then that guy had at least 3 armors. Along with the dyson experimental rifles aswell.

    But I dont think its limited, becouse the omega sets are not. And it shouldnt be limited imo.

    It may be a bug tho, since your message says about Costume unlock. It is possible you sloted the costume unlock 2 times maybe...

    I guess that is possible, but the issue is that it will not allow cancel and it is locked on that item now.

    Yeah, it looks like he slotted two costume unlock projects, and you can only collect one per toon. The armor item itself you can get as many as you damned well please though.

    Got the same issue here. Is it confirmed to be a bug? If not, how do I clear the slot?
