I am thinking of building this and severely tweaking my skills to get an over all score of 100 weapons, 100 shields, 63 Engine and 100 Aux which can theoretically be done IF you are careful about skill point allocation and spend it all from a clean slate with a skill respec or waiting on spending a vast majority of skills until you hit 50. This would require a custom power level allocation but it should be possible. I used the ship power calculator to figure all stats. it can be found here:

The Energy Signature Dampeners console would have one devote to each of the power subsystems. I couldn't find the correct settings I was looking for so I am mentioning it now.
I added the consumable fighters to try and give an additional amount of support.
With all of the appropriate skills maxed out this build is theoretically possible. My question is how well would this ship fare under the noted subsystem power levels?
If there are any constructive comments on better consoles I would be happy to hear them.

It's rather easy to get all systems to 125. The best trick into make an energy syphon build, maintain 2 eptX skills at global, own a Plasmonic leech and have as much flow caps as you can
A warp core doff also boosts you a good bit
