A question about old omega equipment

Over my time playing this game I've picked up a number of omega and maco items I don't need or want (remember when these things used to be random drops)

Now I know you can recycle parts of the crystalline set for marks and was wondering if you can you do it for these as well?

Cause I just don't have a use for a single mk10 omega engine (amongst other random things that dropped for me) and want rid of it, and if I could get some marks for them then great.

    Can you sell them on the exchange? I haven't seen anything else other than nukara items that can be used that way. I'd be interested in buying that engine depending on what it does.

    As for recycling parts of the Crystalline set, not really. You can trade in the pre-reputation level-scaling version for marks and "register" the pre-reputation mk XII lobi store one for marks (you don't lose the item doing this), but you can't actually trade in one's bought from the system for marks (the registration I believe does work on the reputation mk XII version as well, but like I said, you don't lose the item doing this).

    All that's unique to that particular set, anyway. Only thing you can do with other reputation gear is give it to boffs or sell it to a vendor for a few thousand EC.

    I know you can only trade in the old non levelled items, that's what I meant when I said recycling

    Yeah, and for some reason you are limited to only being able to recycle one of each set. Totally unnecessary.
