STOked Radio - End Of Year Party @ Quark's Sat 28th (7pm GMT / 2pm EST / 11am Pacific

All are welcome.

The STOked Radio crew and Jupiter Force are throwing an end of year party during the taping of STOked Radio episode 67 on Saturday 28th December.

There will be chat channel quizzes. in game competitions and skype in quizzes during the event with prizes such as:

> millions of energy credits
> A Voth Bastion Flight Deck Cruiser
> A Cardassian Galor class ship
> top quality ACC x3 cannons
> mirror universe ships
> Tholian ships
> vanity pets

Jupiter Force personnel will be running the in game activities and the livestream of STOked Radio will be cutting back and forth to capture what's happening.

We'll be conducting some interviews with the attendees to ask them about their own personal STO highlights of 2013 and their STO hopes for 2014.

You can join in on Teamspeak during the event too, just connect to ts.jupiterforce.org and use the password access2jf

    As both a longstanding member of TFD and a current RedShirt (Cadet) to Jupiter Force, I plan to be there to help as much as I can. I will also mention the event on my show at Trek Radio. See you all there!

    I will in form my Fleet and have my Crew within our fleet attend if there is bandwidth. We look forward to this event!

    a possible galor and recluse prize eh? got my attention, it probably the only reason i may attend it in all honesty.

    i also dont use skype, it takes up a chunk on bandwidth the last time i used it and its inferior to other VOIP's.

    As much as I would absolutely LOVE to attend this celebration, I sadly have to travel that day and won't have a moment to watch live. Definitely will catch it on the Livestream replay though.

    Congrats to STOked Radio on a fantastic year.

    The Galor is not a "possible" prize, it's a DEFINITE prize.

    I contributed it myself and right now it's the star prize on the list but more donations are coming in from Jupiter Force all the time.

    The prize pool is getting bigger and bigger by the minute!

    Beside trivia and quizess, for the prizes we will be conducting
    pvp matches aswell.
    For that part you can just hop on to our TS.

    If we fill one instance, we'll simply take over another. It is hard for a single instance to hold Jupiter Force alone, much less guests

    Whats the chat channel name in game to join? or does it only required Teamspeak exclusively?

    For the most part we will be using zone chat.

    If you want to be on the show you will need Skype installed and your address to hand.

    Ill be taking those and organising people to get in on the action

    We will use TS as well during the show and also the inter-fleet event and after-party after the show

    In Game Chat Channels:
    Social Area Zone Chat (ESD / DS9 / Drozana / Defera / New Romulus / K7 etc) We will have teams roving around all of the social zones during the course of the party.

    Livestream Chat Channel:

    This one is the current chat room used for viewers of the livestream broadcast.

    Trek Radio Chat Channel:

    This is the home chat channel for Trek Radio and as STOked is syndicated there it also gets used during the show.

    Jupiter Force Teamspeak:

    The party will have multiple activities happening concurrently and on top of that the podcast recording taking place. While the podcast is recording the actual segments the JF teams will be keeping things alive in game with trivia quizzes, spot prizes, PvP challenges and the usual mayhem we indulge in.

    Throughout the segment tapings we'll be jumping back to Quark's to interact with the community, run some quiz questions, pull some people onto Skype to ask them about their STO experiences and things of that ilk so that we can keep the interactivity level high and give the community as much of a chance as possible to get involved on the live broadcast.

    The entire final part of the podcast will be at Quark's where we build up to the final Skype quizzes where the big prizes can be won e.g. Galor, Voth Bastion etc
