Skin Flickering Since Patch

Im on my bridge,

Me and all the crew have intense flickering, its just the skin areas. So mostly heads.

Not hair but for bald Romulans its the entire head.

Moving causes some people to stop flickering but then they turn black. Not black like a skin tone but the abscence of any texture at all.

    I'm having a similar issue, my romulan's head (skin only) flickers blue and then back to normal, happens frequently while in DX11 mode and has been happening since I started using DX11 a couple weeks ago now.
    EDIT: oh yeah, this is on LIVE.
