So heres my question. I happen to be a fan of sci fi fiction, and I was wondering one day; who would win in a 3 way fight between the borg, the daleks and assassin droids?

    The Daleks. They're on par with the Timelords who made time and space into their plaything.

    But wouldnt the Borg be able to adapt to their weapons?

    That's always a lame catch-all excuse to say the Borg are always unbeatable. My answer is that the Daleks probably use weapons that cannot be adapted to. Also they can use time travel and stellar manipulation almost as well as the Time Lords. I say they'd just teleport several super-massive black holes right into every Borg unimatrix in the galaxy.

    Probably the Borg, their ability to adapt to energy weapons means that both the Daleks and the Droidekas would eventually be overrun. Sure they'd kill a lot of borg but they'd get it in the end.
    If something is not broken, don't fix it, if it is broken, don't leave it broken.
    Oh Hell NO to ARC

    I have to say, I've watched all three series, and my summary is this;

    Star Wars Droids stand no chance. It has been mentioned in Star Trek that Lasers (the primary weapon in SW) had been phased out in favour of Phasers. Thus it is likely to assume that the Borg and Daleks would be mostly impervious to SW droid weapons.

    Borgs would only stand a chance against the Daleks if they had the oppurtunity to assimaliate and analyze Dalek technology. Otherwise the rather superior technological (and biological) status of the Daleks would allow them to be victorious, as well as their drive to exterminate all inferior species.

    A more fair comparison would be Cybermen vs Borg. Both are cold and logical (to a fault). Both insist that being assimilated into their respective collectives is unavoidable. Both are willing to make compromises with inferior groups temporarily if they see it as a benefit to themselves. Both are very quick to adapt a new technology as part of their own. And it would be a more equal ground for a contest.

    Its more likely the name is misleading. None of the weapons in SW functions like a laser, and more like plasma bolts.

    Daleks.

    Doctor Who is so much larger in scale than even Star Wars, humans in DW have an empire spanning 3 galaxies, Time Lords have been at the peek of their civilisation for 1000000 years and were loosing a TIME war to the Daleks!

    The Cyber Wars were ended when the Cybermen's GALAXY was destroyed. How big is the Borg Collective again? a sizable chunk of one quadrant of one arm of one galaxy.

    Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though.
    JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.
