Ship Class Ability (Raider/Bird of Prey)

OK so cruisers got their Cruiser Commands (up to four commands)
Raider/Birds of Prey are getting Flanking damage bonus.

As good (or otherwise) as the Flanking bonus is, what would have been a better enhancement?

I'll start -
As the government likes to claim "speed kills"

Giving the Raider another ability - a built in "Evasive Maneuvers" that doesn't share a cooldown with the player ability.

Fits in with the speed and "not get hit" concept.

    If you could wait until the Raider mechanic has been fully added to the game before complaining, that'd be great.

    If you read a thoughtful discussion and see "complaining" then that's your problem.

    No doubt they will be massively overpowered.
