Texture changes to pants

The 11/12 patch replaced the female mid-ankle pants named "Panels and Pockets" with new pants that had a different texture; the new pants were called "Panels and Pockets Long". In the 11/12 patch, the male mid-ankle version of "Panels and Pockets" did not change. The knee-high versions of "Panels and Pockets" were also unchanged for both males and females. I initially reported this bug here, but there have been further changes since then.

After the 12/5 patch, I noticed several changes to the pants textures. These changes might have occurred before the 12/5 patch, but I only noticed them after the 12/5 patch. First, the female mid-ankle version of "Panels and Pockets" has been completely removed: there is no longer an option called "Panels and Pockets" or "Panels and Pockets Long". Second, the textures of the following pants have been changed:

Male - Loose Long - Standard: Before Season 8, After 12/5 patch
Male - Loose Knee High - Panels and Pockets: After 12/5 patch
Male - Loose Mid Ankle - Panels and Pockets: After 12/5 patch
Female - Loose Long - Standard: Before Season 8, After 12/5 patch
Female - Loose Knee High - Panels and Pockets: Before Season 8, After 12/5 patch

Unfortunately, I do not have screenshots of all the pants before Season 8.

I'd like to add to this that on the surviving female Panels & Pockets, the single colour option only changes the colour of the inner leg.
Personally, I would like the mid-ankle version back. I had a couple of officers who used it with combat boots, and the knee version really doesn't worth with the shorter boots.

There used to be a picture here, but they changed signatures and I can't be bothered to replace it.

I don't know sure why these changes were made. Old texture was more realistic and detailed. This new one is very cartoonish.

    Indeed.
At least they could have kept the old ones and just added the new ones.
I have no idea why they always have to change working things without any good reason.

They might be trying to add a glossy material in addition to the matte one, but the changes may have been released in a partially finished state. There is currently no option to select the material for those pants.

Same here, i noticed my female officers loose the pants, and the legs too, why this? why they removed this outfit? Any way to get it back?

Yeah, I had to fix a bridge officer twice because of this change. Absolutely unneeded.
