A couple thoughts on this "interesting" new STF:
  1. Was it really necessary to give the final boss TWELVE MILLION HP?
  2. Last boss take half damage from snow balls
  3. Was this designed to around having snowball launchers? Some of us didn't bother getting one last year.
  4. Is it meant to only be 2 people?

    It's not an STF.

    its currently bugged as people could not get in. probably was meant to be 5 people.

    Even so, the last boss has 12,000,000 hp, at 15k per snowball, it requires that 5 people hit it with 160 snowballs apiece.

    I ended up in the event solo, took forever to get thru the assorted snowmen, then the overlord was regening hp's faster than I could throw snowballs.

    I can't even get in. I get 'Couldn't get map names from map manager' message and it ties everything up as it attempts to load several times and then I get booted back to ESD!:mad::(

    i've had this happen and it crashes me back to the log in screen lol

    1/2/3 - If you didn't get a snow gun last year, I suggest you get busy now.

    4 - It's bugged and they're working on fixing it.

    Now tips for success:
    1) Save the gingerbread men you see (optional)
    2) Kill the Yeti (more optional)
    3) Boss can be done by one person with a snow gun

    Well, I have found the elusive present moves. Two places I have picked it up at was in the wooden porch in the middle of the map, and in the Yeti cave. I wish getting the present gave it to all 5 team members.

    I also soloed the thing with a combo of Flurry and Avalanche. Doable, but for the length of time it takes and the rewards dropped it's not worth it. Much better and faster with 5.

    To find the presents, try opening the map, I think it'll mark it on the map for you (of course, I did the map think post match after I had already found it, still try it).

    Looks more like a Mugato... with a silly face.

    But yeah I don't get the present thing at all.... why only one? it doesn't remove the green circle when you grab it.

    Bumble terrified me as a child. I freaking love the yeti.
