Abolish the 3rd Tactical Ensign slot

.....at the very least in fleet ships. Make the dang thing a universal.

If you have a 3rd Tactical Officer that means you have at least 6 Tactical skills already. What are you really going to put there that you haven't already used?

    Same thing can be said for engineering or sci focused ships with 3 ensign slots of those respective professions (especially engineering with it's limited choices in ensign abilities).

    hard to argue with this seeing as how Romulans didn't get stuck with 3rd ensign tacs.

    Hate to say it but that third seat can be of use even though I agree it's more redundant than what its worth. On some toons its a wasted space on others it helps me squeeze in an attack pattern when using beams. Only reason it's largely obsolete is because the devs have still not given us a viable option to mix/match weaponry like cannons and beams.
