Is it true that if I'm a member of a fleet, the entire first set of entries in my Ship's replicator (any before the Commodities category, Frequency Remodulator, Embassy Provisions, etc.) draw on fleet resources (and use up some of my fleet credits) and that all other entries from the Commodities category on down, don't?
Yes, the provisions cost Fleet Credit, not EC, in the replicator. The Frequency Remodulator technically does, I guess, but since the cost is zero, I think I can live with it. :P
Not sure what you mean about them costing "fleet resources" as well. They don't drain any shared fleet assets, if that's what you mean.
