Anybody else having trouble posting to the exchange?

I have a level 34 character, playing SB24 now and then to get some gear. I keep something that matches my build, but usually intend to sell anything I think can bring a decent price.
The problem is, much of the gear I receive will not post to the exchange. I get the message "AuctionFailed, item could not be posted. Item returned to inventory" or something to that effect. This is not a bound item - I got it as a drop and never touched it.
Often, after a day or so of getting it the problem disappears.
I also have this problem sometimes when trying to buy something and immediately re-post it (some people put VR MK VII DHCs up for 20k or something like that) for the market price. It won't let me post it, with the same error.
This is mainly occurring since season 8, with the latter bug taking place a little earlier.
P.S: I do not buy up all of an item to control the price. I just buy the cheapest one and repost it to just under the second cheapest, if it is an obvious lowball.
