Plasma-Integrated Singularity Core?

Am I crazy, or is this a new type of Singularity Core? I can't seem to find it on the STO wiki and don't recall ever seeing it before I got it as a random drop the other day.

For those who might not recognize it by the name alone, it apparently gives +100% base regeneration rate to all Power Levels.

    It is a new type of singularity warp core available from the fleet spire. As far as I know no one has added it to the wiki yet. You can go to your fleet spire and look at all the available ones.

    they are also dropping as a random loot drop also along with the tho ron infused singularly, as well as MA versions got a couple common mk iv during leveling.
