Redeem code page not working. *Resolved!*

So I recently got a giveaway code for a "Wrath of Khan" uniform pack.

But EVERY time I load the page and try to input the code and hit submit, it doesn't load the followup page at all.

I've even tried another webbrowser.

Is that page bugged/being fixed?

    Also having this problem, tried in Firefox and IE.

    Would like to redeem this before it is gone :)

    OK good, but what I meant by "before it's gone" as in the promo ends, and they no longer accept the keys, but if the codes don't expire then that is good at least.

    ugh .. c'mon guys, get the redeem key page fixed please.

    edit: also, why can't we just redeem keys from inside the game client .. would make much more sense as it's already connected to the database.

    Hope they get this fixed FAST, I've been wanting my "Wrath Of Khan" Costume for FOREVER and I REALLY don't want to miss this chance because of some bug or something.

    This is not thier problem it is that sites problem.

    Even an invalid key will generate a page saying the key is invalid. This is an issue with the redeem key page itself as nothing is generated and a 500 error (internal server error) page is displayed.

    They aren't giving the uniform away only MMORPG site is as i just read on my facebook.You need to go here to get it.

    How do you think the code is entered? It's not entered on that site. You GET the code from there but you have to go to the STO site to input the code. That's the issue. When we try to enter the code on the STO site, it goes to either a blank white screen or a 500 (internal server error) screen.

    Then report it to support and why end up making an acount over there just buy it with zen 250 I think.

    1.) It's 550 zen

    2.) it was free

    3.) people have put in support tickets already

    4.) if you have nothing constructive to add, then please leave.

    That site is working fine, it's the cryptic redeem key page that isn't working.

    Yes, some could 'just buy it with zen' but others don't have much or any zen, or are saving it for something else (Like ships maybe).

    Regardless, it needs fixed.

    I got the site to work in chrome. Just took a while to load each page.

    I would imagine lots of people are trying to do the same thing, hence the page buckling under the pressure..

    What is a key?

    A key is a unique 25 character alpha-numeric code which may be used to redeem a promotional item, subscription, C-Store Points, or to activate a retail copy of Star Trek Online.

    as the code I got from this site is only 7 characters long the problem may lie here.

    When I think about everything we've been through together,

    maybe it's not the destination that matters, maybe it's the journey,

     and if that journey takes a little longer,

    so we can do something we all believe in,

     I can't think of any place I'd rather be or any people I'd rather be with.

    Actually, not true. I was able to redeem my key for Wrath of Khan uniform, yesterday.

    It had 7 digits and worked. Not like my Fed is not a spare Dilithium mule, but now it will be well dressed Dilithium mule.

    If people can't redeem keys today, it looks like the website is overloaded. It's just PWE websites being sloppy. Not the first problem with websites here.

    Getting the same error too. Does anyone know of a site that still has TMP and TOS Mirror uniform keys? The ones I have checked have ran out :(

    redeemed the code 2 days ago.
    Says it was applied but is not adjusting in tailor.

    This is now resolved! The redeem page is working once again.

    After applying the key, you then have to redeem the costume from the C-Store in-game, per the instructions that were on the site giving out the code :)
