I would personally love to have an option for Enterprise era Vulcan and Andorian uniforms. They would match the Vulcan Science ship and the Andorian Escort respectively. It would also be cool to see a Caitian uniform that would match the Atrox.
For all players and bridge officers -- Risa bikinis for women and equivalent swimwear for men, more in the style of David Hasselhoff! Come on, put a little Baywatch into Risa! Make Will Riker proud to sponsor next summer's Risa event!
In our off-hours, we definitely need some appropriate costumes, earrings, and jewelry befitting Star Trek! I loved the earrings and the costume of the woman at the end of Star Trek Into Darkness, on the streets of San Francisco (just before U.S.S. Vengeance crashed) and costumes of the original series! The off-duty sweaters and baggy pants that we currently have just aren't up to par; we'd rather keep our uniforms on!
I also agree with everything sle1989 and protogoth wrote, above!
I would personally like the availability of Federation uniforms for the Enemy Faction Bridge officer that you can get upon reaching Diplomatic Rank 4. I chose a Nausicaan Tactical BOFF, and the only costume options available for him are either KDF uniforms, or event-based outfit options such as the Winter jackets... I mean, was Worf wearing Klingon armor while serving on the Enterprise? No. He wore the classic Starfleet uniform and his sash.
Oh, and the Dil mine Tier 3 miner outfit is out of the question for my Nausicaan, since he automatically equips the Risian flower Necklace (!) if i select the miner jacket in the scroll menu... Now, i know Nausicaans have epic dreadlock haircuts, but i can't really imagine him going "Peace and Love, Man !" on my bridge... XD

Or take Orion boffs. This was really highlighted when I wrote an Orion female who works for Starfleet Intelligence.
Rule of Sexy aside, which uniform would you rather somebody be in when on-duty in Starfleet?
"Great War! / And I cannot take more! / Great tour! / I keep on marching on / I play the great score / There will be no encore / Great War! / The War to End All Wars"

2280's-era (WoK) Bomber and Utility jackets for Federation characters.
For KDF characters, the ability to wear Korath gauntlets with bare chest options (like the Orion male 'vest' or the female 'corset' options) and the ability to wear the Korath boots or the Orion Female sandals with the Warrior's Skirt and Decorated Warrior's Skirt...
The 'scoop-neck' undershirt for Female RR characters (as seen in the Season Eight promotional artwork)
'21st Century'-style off-duty outfits (After all, Kirk and co. didn't wear robes and the like to go camping... for the smart-alecks, they could even give us Kirk's "Go Climb A Rock" shirt for this option)
PROPER rank insignia for the 2280-WoK Uniforms instead of just a 'Commander' insignia on everyone...
Headwear - Centurion helmets for Romulans, ball caps for Federation
In other words, the usual requests made whenever a 'costumes' thread pops up. Heh.
"If you can't take a little bloody nose, maybe you ought to go back home and crawl under your bed. It's not safe out here. It's wondrous, with treasures to satiate desires both subtle and gross; but it's not for the timid." -- Q, TNG: "Q-Who?"
^Words that every player should keep in mind, especially whenever there's a problem with the game...
Klingon Kleavage, either Duras-style battle dresses or something more practical. If they won't fix the Honor Guard Be'ves they can at least let me pay $5.50 for a less flashy uniform with cleavage.
Personally, I would like to see the entire costume system given an overhaul...
* Fix issues relating to people not being able to even access and/or edit some of their costume slots.
* Fix mismatched color palettes and allow for better matching options between uniform sets.
* Expand the color palettes on those that need it.
* More Glossy/Matte options.
* Fix the problems with editing costume sets (i.e. KHG set).
* Make more Fed clothing options available for both Fed races and Rom-Fed races.
* Make more KDF clothing options available for both KDF races and KDF-Rom races.
* Fix the Load Costume bug when you try and create a new character after already playing an established one. Currently the workaroound is to completely exit the game and relog in in order to load an existing costume on a new character.
Once these, and other issues are finally fixed, then I would love to see additional costume options like what others have already posted.

I love it when people save me some typing effort, this ^
New home of the Romulan Republic.
I have an idea for what Season 11 should be; Season 11: The Big Bug Fix.
I have not been able to read my bug tickets in over a year, not even the tickets about not being able to see my tickets.
I find the drama of your signature proof of your immaturity, this means you, DR whiners.
TNG uniform reworked, so it doesn't look like 20 Years worn on a desert planet.
Everything ppl have written above
"...'With the first link, the chain is forged. The first speech censured...the first thought forbidden...the first freedom denied--chains us all irrevocably.' ... The first time any man's freedom is trodden on, we're all damaged. I fear that today--"
- (TNG) Picard, quoting Judge Aaron Satie
I thought the 'Countdown' uniform was already in the game, yeodred? Isn't it the same as the Sierra 1? I'm not sure, I've only seen images from 'Countdown' referring to Captain Data and the like, so I could be wrong...
I want to be able to edit all of my BOs' appearances, including my liberated Borg, Breen, and Jem'hadar.
They should at least be given the ability to wear the insignia of the player's faction; think about it, Garak never joined Starfleet, but he still wore a combadge during the Dominion War so that Sisko and the others could contact him; Chakotay and the others weren't Starfleet, they were 'provisional' crew, but they wore the uniform and combadge like everyone else on Voyager (only difference, the rank insignia was a striped lozenge instead of pips), even Kes and Neelix, and later Seven of Nine.
So it's even completely canon that non-Starfleet personnel like a Breen 'refugee' BOff, a Jem'hadar ordered to assist you by the Dominion, or a Reman resistant that's joined you to fight the Tal Shiar would all wear the combadge (or shoulder insignia, in the KDF's case; not sure about the Romulan Republic, though) like the rest of your crew.

KDF: More uniform options across the board. Including more skirts.
RR: The skirt shown for joining the federation in the art materials. More Tal Shiar uniform options.
SF: A crew uniform selector. So I can change the base uniform worn by my crew when I walk around in my ship.

The only costume I want is the borg bodysuit for my Liberated Borg char and if possible the ability to use it on my Bridge officers too. It wouldn't be hard, my male Reman borg BO has it and my female Klingon and Human BO has it, all it needs is to be ported onto my char.

I fully support this as I so wanted to make a full borg crew. I was disappointed when the borg boffs could have the skin but the pc couldn't.

Parallels: my second mission for Fed aligned Romulans.
That way, we can model our characters after other franchise characters (i.e.: Red Dwarf, MST3K, etc.)
