Had no problem before but now i cant log in

Hey, well i have had no problems either before season 8, or since it went live, but i was doing a mission earlier and it started lagging to the point that nothing i did affected my ship, it was rubberbanding every 1 or 2 seconds. I tried logging out but it wouldnt even let me do that.

Eventually it crashed and now, when i try to log in, it gets to the launcher but gets stuck when it gets to the checking version part of the log in. Any ideas?

    Same issue here. Was changing map, got to 75% loaded then froze. Restarted and now getting exactly the same problem.

    Haven't logged in today - was just about to and my launcher as well opens with a black screen.

    When I close it I get a Cryptic Error box appear

    Hi There

    I get this also. Trying to log in and it is extremely slow and a quarter of the window is only showing black so I cannot click 'patch'

    I hope someone has an idea what to do :confused:

    on my fleet website, a few of them are having similar problems. Most are already in game, i just wonder if any of them were to log out if it would still let them back in

    I was in game earlier; kicked me out of the Elachi space PvE after about 10 mins as "disconnected from server", got back in, didn't load my chat channels in about 5 mins of waiting before I tried to start a Storming the Spire run, and it failed to load that.

    Gave up, closed game, trying to get back in now an hour later and per the above, it's stuck checking the version to see if I need to patch.

    EDIT: Tribble patches fine mind... Just Holodeck I'm having issues with.

    EDIT 2: Spoke too soon. Launcher won't let me log in now.

    I was on ESD and then game stop working and now cant even get on the patch screen just stuck on loading, please wait. I have restarted my pc a few times, plus restarted my router and i can go on my internet fine as im writing this. :D



    looks like its working now.

    well, after leaving it checked the version for 25 mins its just connected me. So perhaps its a wait and see thing i dont know. Ima try logging out then back in again as i got stuff to do now anyways
