Looking for a fleet

Hey all, I am currently considering wanting to join a larger fleet. Right now I am the sole member (not including my alts) of a fleet I have put alot of time and energy into all by my lonesome. And while I dont want to give up that fleet, I would like to get at least one of my characters into a bigger fleet where I can be of more use to others, not just myself.

The reason why I dont want to give it up is because of all the time I have put into making it what it is, tons of dilithium and resources.

I just want a place where I can get some of the perks that other people take for granted, like fleet ships and weapons and such. I want to be amongst people who like me for me and wont tear me a new one every time I make a mistake. I have been around since the original beta so thats been alot of mistakes, haha. I want a fleet where they dont mind if I disappear for a while, I have been in fleets prior that have kicked me for inactivity and while thats totally understandable I also like to put down roots, and jumping about fleet to fleet trying to find that right home just doesnt do it for me.

I would prefer if this fleet was well established, had most of the major things someone wants, ships, kits, weapons etc. So I would say at least T4 starbase. If I like the fleet I will of course bring my other characters into the fold as well, but for the time being I only intend to bring one, just so I can test the waters.

The character I am wanting to bring is a fed engineer, currently flying a Avenger class ship. She is quite honestly my favorite character I have, and I have a lot. Just got two different fed aligned tacticals up to 50 during this past Q XP time.

Please let me know whats available out there, and if anyone would be interested in housing a lonely player.

We don't kick out members unless they have been inactive for 3months or more and only without notifying a higher ranking officer, or for not posting about it in the forum Real life comes first and we all know that this is just a game. So no kicking for dealing with our real lives.

We have a sb4, 400+ chars fed fleet, our Kdf part is sb3 60+ chars. We grant same fleetranks in both fleets for the same account. We have international members, mostly english typing with a big stack of german Players like me.

Our Fleetranks are cadet, Lieutenant (10k contribution), commander (60k), captain (180). Access to provisioned fleetstores for commanders. Commanders can join the monthly fleetmeeting, can set fleet Events. We do not say u have to contribute sum x in time y. It is your choice.

Good afternoon. I hope you will take a moment and consider the Vulcan Kolinahr Fleet. We are a small but great fleet. We are easy going, dedicated and friendly. We all come from different backgrounds and have different ways of doing things, but that?s part of what makes us great.

Anyone in our fleet is happy to help others when needed, in almost any aspect of the game and in some cases RL. We have a fleet TeamSpeak3 server that we use for voice chat not just in-game but also to hang out as well and get to know each other better (not required, just available). Many of us are located on the East Coast and Midwest (USA), Canada, England and we recently re-established our Australian branch.

Although I say our fleet is dedicated, we also realize that everyone has lives as well, so when you need to take the time, you don't need to be concerned about losing your position within the fleet due to RL too. We do not discriminate against such things because we understand that sometimes real life issues and problems can take time to resolve, and that some time is needed to sort things out.

So please, think about joining and moving with us into 2410 armed with the best Intel, the most specific and targeted body of knowledge about STO, and a group of Fleet-mates who will be there with you in the crunch. Our Starbase is well into Tier 4 and we have started making inroads into advancing towards a Tier 1 Spire and completing our Tier 3 Dilithium Mine. Our Embassy is full complete. We also provide many commodities to all for donation to the projects.

Naturally I would suggest UFP. In terms of what you have specifically stated I think we match what it is you are after.

Large fleet = yes, we've currently got over 800 active members and operate 3 Federation and 2 Klingon fleets.

High tier fleet = yes, our primary Federation and Klingon fleets are both top tier.

Activity requirements = the only activity requirement is that you are asked to sign a roll call every month, this takes a matter of seconds and you are only actually required to sign one in every three. If you know you are going to be away for some time you can simply mark yourself as on leave and that makes you exempt from the roll call.
