Exchange bug in dyson joint command *Resolved*

Good to see the one-at-a-time Embassy Exchange console bug makes a return in S8 but in a shocking turn of events, it's had it's role expanded - now it covers the Mail, Exchange and Bank terminals in the Joint Command Spire.

I mean, really.

    At the Dyson Joint Command area, only one person can use the exchange at a time meaning that when someone is using it, you cannot. This is pretty annoying as it means that people will need to keep changing instances until they find one not in use or go to another place with an exchange.

    Same issue with the bank terminal

    You guys probably have it set up like the fleet vendors, and not the public ones.

    Can confirm this as well. I eventually just went back to New Romulus and used the exchange there.

    So it has occured to me that when you are on the Dyson Sphere Command Center, the small console in the middle that allows you to access the exchange cannot be used if another person is already using it. Please fix this! lol. Some people stand at the exchange and literally live on it. I have to change instances to a less populated instance to use it when I am there. Hope to see this resovled! Thanks much! :D
