a debuff icon shows up on your oponent for about 4 seconds, it's hard to miss
i actually don't remember the name of the debuff and i can't look it up right now cause my game won't work for another 10 days
The icon.... doh.... thanks I'll look for it! I just don't want to believe that tac team really works like you say. This would make this doff worthless in PvP...........
this doffs are made to make new proton weapon more wonted since it was useless power lvl and skills did not work well on it it had 300 dps but with full power lvls and everything still less then turret wo have 120..and new weapon can use cannon+beam skills
If a tac captain is using a beam on fore instead of DHC's then what are you worried about? they obviously dont know what they are doing to maximize DPS. This is obviously something good for sci or engi on a beam boat and even if escorts started using beams it makes beam boats that more effective.
