Hi guys: what set do you think fits better for my fleet Ha'Feh ?

FORE:
1 - Photon Torpedo Launcher
3 - Disruptor Dual Heavy Cannons

AFT:
3 - Disruptor Turrets

SHIELD: Elite Fleet Resilient
WARP: Elite Eng-Shi / Elite Aux-Shi (which one is better ?)

CONSOLES:
3 - Neutronium Alloy
2 - Field Generator
4 - Disruptor Induction Coil

I need to know which 2 part set (engines + dish) would fit better my ship.
1 - Honor Guard
2 - Borg
3 - Omega Force

Also, i'd like to know which Netronium Alloy is better:
1 - neutronium + Turn
2 - neutronium + SIF

The set you use is more based on what you want to do rather than the ship.

I'll say Honour Guard, the Deflectors good and the Engines boost power which is low on a Romulan ship. The 2p bonus boosts Torpedoes too which you use.

But Borg, Omega, Reman, Romulan even MACO are all good choices.

As for Singularity Core, I'd boost Shields and Aux, the Ha'Feh handles nicely even at a mere 15 base power to engines. Not to mention cloaking allows you to boost your handling.

For me Personally 2 Neutroniums and 1 Field Generator are Enough.

A couple of good universals like the Assimilated Module and a Plasmonic Leech would be better.

Put the KCB in the back in place of a Turret.

As for Fleet Neutronium if your not happy with the Turn try at least 1 +turn console, if it's enough get either Hull repair or Hull Hp. I'd go repair for any career but Engineer.

If I ask you a question it is not an insult but a genuine attempt to understand why.
When I insult you I won't be discreet about it, I will be precise and to the point stupid.

    understood, thanks.

about universal consoles, well i don't like them:
the borg console looks quite wasted on a ship that already has 125 power to weapons.

the romulan console would be nice, but i prefer 3 neutronium (3 in the minimum for me).
ALSO i don't like the KCB.

I think Elite Fleet Disruptors fits better for 3 reasons:
1 - I got another chance to start a proc.
2 - They are more accurate (due to the x2 un acc) and if the miss one pulse, they can fire another immediately.
3 - They are not kinetic type weapons: so they are pretty good against shields.

I think KCP fits best on cruisers, which can really take advantage from the Borg Console and the Omega Amplifier.

As a general rule of thumb, the only specific tactical consoles I would ever have on a ship are tactical ones. Maybe a embassy science for plasma damage, outside of that all of my consoles on any ship are universal. Those universal consoles are all critical chance/severity and leech.

The kcb is superior damage wise to a turret. A turret will cause more procs but likely be outdps'd by the kcb. The kcb in combo with assim mod gives you owa. As a Romulan you're even more vulnerable to drain due to -40 power. Owa helps you resist drain from weapons allowing you to stay overcapped.

For shield/engines/deflector tbh I would just go elite fleet unless you wanted tet glider to go along with your elite disruptors. Having both resa and resb shields handy allows you to have any resistance handy, engines give you power plus good turn rate and are available in any form (combat-normal-hyper), deflector allows you to have +acc +maneuvers +flowcaps -cd on sci abilities.
    pvp = small package

If you have 125 Weapons Power and you add a console that gives your more weapons power that allows you to lower your weapons power and put more power into other systems.

You only have enough power when you have 125 power in every system while firing all weapons.

That being said the Power boost engineering consoles are just not good enough. The 2pc bonus and crit make the Assimilated more worthwhile.

If your happy don't let other people change your mind pick the advice that works best for you and ignore the rest.

You need universal consoles like the borg to increase crit rate, which will amount to ludicrous damage.

Also, you DO NOT need 3 neutroniums.. I regularly pvp with none or sometimes just 1 and I do fine.. You should be using universal consoles instead

Well no, I do not agree:

for PVE you must have at least 3 neutroniums.
don't know for pvps, but i don't think that a borg or romulan console would be better than a neutronium one.

Also while you cloak, your shields are down, so you need a good damage resistance to stay alive.

the romulan console could be useful by increasing the power level, but the borg one is quite completely wasted on my ship, cause i can't distribute the subsystems power as i wish, i can only choose from these:
    1 - weapons (100 / 30 / 15 / 15)
    2 - shields (30 / 100 / 15 / 15)
    3 - engines (15 / 15 / 100 / 30)
    4 - balanced (40 / 40 / 40 / 40)

and no one grants me 125 weapons power except the weapons one, even with the assimilated module.
