Potential Bug Report - Didn't Reveive a "free" Ship Token on a Klingon Character

Reached Rank 10, didn't receive a token to claim a new ship.
If I had to take a guess as to what caused it (assuming it isn't intended), I would say it was me skipping Rank 10 due to being under the skill point booster received from Q.

    You have to travel to Qo'nos and speak to the Chancellor in the Great Hall.

    Just tried that again. No luck.
    If memory serves me correctly, a mission is supposed to come up upon ranking up to 10, telling you were to go, at least for the Feds.
    This didn't happen.

    Edit: Disregard this post, the new ship is tied not to rank but to point in the story.
    I am currently rank 17 and just got access to the token.

    Yup. Q's double experience kinda breaks things for the KDF.

    My newly created character got to 19 before getting the new ship. Then he took it out for a spin, hit level 21 on the next mission, and immediately threw it away as he got another ship. :D

    I found out, and then learned, and confirmed, that you have to get to the mission: 'Test of Mettle', to receive your next ship. The whole point of the story of 'placing' your kdf toon of importance, in the Klingon hierarchy, and all that plot jazz.

    I imagine the new Fed tutorial setup coming, will have a similar setup, for Fed players to end up with their next ship. Call it all, what you will.
