ok i play omega stf and i do solid but i hear i can get a butt load of dilithium on some foundry missions i assume i can only do these once a day? and im finishing up my away team with all top notch gear need a secondary weapon and a fleet tac kit then itll be maxd my ship is
top notch on weapons, deflector, engine, shield the rest needs to be maxd and omega elite don't phase me and i want to max my other ships too so i can take on some tough foundry missions i was told some can give a lot of dilithium details plz
Just run a "spotlight" mission from the foundry. Once a day you get a dilithium reward. None of these missions are anywhere near the difficulty (enemy strength) of an elite stf. All you really need for any pve content is blue xi gear on a solid build.
And really, there are much better dilithium grinds.
If you're just playing the Foundry for dil, the rule of thumb is that the longer the average player takes to complete it, the more dil you get. Time on social maps no longer counts, though.
I recommend queuing up a good story mission. Non-spotlights reward once an hour (I think), and if you time your start so that you complete it when the "Officer Reports" daily event is running, you'll get an extra bonus.

If your looking for EC, id go Admiral BoBo Goes to War, the amont of loot dropped is nice, usually around the 300-500k ec range if you vendor it, plus a decent amount of expertise, fair warning, you wanna be packing some serious firepower, given that its essentially 100 or so neggies spawning lol, there is an easier version, but i prefer the orig. plus if you read the dialogue its pretty funny

In addition to the Dilithium 'daily quota' for Foundry missions, the primary measure for Dilithium Rewards is the duration (as in time) of the mission used...
So the question you have to ask is... "How much time are you willing to spend for that Dilithium?" This can be important if you're trying to earn Foundry Dilithium over multiple characters...
if there was a foundry mission with high dilithium reward strict ship ship combat id be happy right now omega 3 omega stf 960 but 60 to 100 omega marks a mission average 60 tho and borg neural processors i can tog on borg cubes alone with little trouble borg gates i can also do alone on elite due to my rom torps and 3 purple borg projectile doffs mostly that is what im doing right now but form what im hearing there's a foundry competitive option question is is there a strictly ship combat one i can do that can top my omega rewards

A far as time vs reward, Elite STFs are pretty much the best return at 5-10 min for nearly 1k dilithium, usually a solid equipment drop or two and marks. For me, I only play foundry when I'm bored of everything else or want a quick 500-750k ec. It's just up to you.
I haven't played any spotlight missions which didn't involve mixed ground and space combat. However, if you want energy credits, the foundry is full of farm missions. My preferred missions are EC Farm missions by Luth or The Kill Box DS9 by Carissa. But really any mission found by typing "farm" into the search bar will do.
The best way to get a steady stream of dilithium is to get more alts. This has the effect of raising the cap on how much dilithium you may refine (8k for each). The second cstore purchase I made was getting two more alts (the first was the ec cap increase). Just for logging in and doffing, I generate about 20-30k dilithium per day without trying and could have more if I made sure I hit cap on my 4 alts.
But again, this game is about you and how you want to play. My personal philosophy is to work smarter, not harder.

EDIT: Weird that my reply became the top post...
