fleet policy for my ship

how can i make a policy rules for my crew to follow like for fighting and such? i wrote ideas down.

    i have crew that fight a lot on my ship that's not bridge crew and causing chaos. how can i set regulation of conduct for my crew?

    I think he wants roleplaying. You can go over there and do that by yourself.

    The only thing with crew they need to do is half the population with smaller layouts and match uniforms to what the boffs are wearing heh.
