Invalid Skill Points

Hello, I have just reached Vice Admiral on a character I created during the weekend and the Skill Planner is telling me "Skills Invalid" where I have 15,500 Skill points remaining to spend on the character, I was using the Q Double XP reward as well if that might be part of the issue as I was getting almost 20k skill points each mission for the Nimbus Arc of the story. I have uploaded a screenshot of the problem at this website

    I had the same issue, quitting out and restarting STO sorted it out and I was able to spend the skill points.

    I seem to have resolved the issue as I got the new ship and decided to respect for the Carrier :)
