Obelisk turn rate bug?

So noticed that Obelisk in space seems to have a 3.0 turn ratio (3.6 with 20%/+20 all resists XI console)

And a lot of players I spoke with found the turn ration a bit odd, but we all chalked it up as being a free ship. So then I looked at the stats posted on the main page, and it states the base rate for both the base and advance Obelisk is 5? -.-

So what gives

    Did you equip everything? No impulse engine (for me at least) reduced the turn rate to 3 and I was using an escort.

    Also, were you moving at the time? Turnrate is flat at 3 if you are at a stop. Moving changes the turnrate figure that you see.

    I had no issues with it so far.
