So basically to start diplomacy stuff i need to do random stuff in exploration areas that do not have any story behind them. This is not very interesting and was wondering if there is anything comin in some point of our timeline.

perphaps add a starter episode style mission set that grants you access to daily stuff and also with some story in that line. Perphaps and specialization class in Academy which leads you to space and beyond?

Also it could do good to add few real diplomatic episodes here and there between existing mission lines in all factions.

With Star trek in it's core for at least in Starfleet being about diplomacy and peaceful co existance it would do good to have some real stuff like that in game as well dont you think :)

Diplomacy exists in abundance. You use it to form teams, recruit fleets, trade for goods, and discuss things on the forums.

Diplomacy is far easier to do now with F2P with the Duty Officer system compared to when it came it in Season 2. There are numerous missions related to diplomacy, but it seems like most were just added because they were non-combat based. Although I suppose the Ferengi missions could be considered as diplomatic. The Cardassian and Vulcan mission are certainly diplomatic, but the K-7 mission is medical not diplomatic. There is also the Deferi diplomatic daily mission. There is absolutely no reason to do the exploration non-combat missions and they are not diplomatic whatsoever. Science and Medical, but not diplomatic.

What i undersytand is that if you want to get started from beginning to be "Diplomat" you are required to start doing these exploration areas with diplomatic scanning and stuff like that.

Thing is it could be done better and diplomacy could also include combat from time to time (If only that option to disable exists). More story driven diplomacy would be great is what i wish for. Some better way to suggest it to beginners than just Suguhara telling about it and giving opportunity that you MAY get "diplomatic" mission if you go there as that is not very interesting with exploration being what it is..

Jiro suggested that there could be something at Celes system, maybe i have to go there to see if there is something.'

All the daily missions naturally are good way to get diplomatic XP but it really does not feel very yjtilling and real to do same stuff everyday, just for bit of xp. As if being in the time loop that is.

To think of it the most enjoyable way at least for me to make it better is to have options in quests to do them with outcome that saves lives and hardware, avoids fighting aand involvres letting people live and ships to be disabled and so on. There are many mission where it could work very well.

This is the biggest reason why I prefer the KDF. For me, it's far more fun (and profitable) to pillage, raid, and ransack my way across the galaxy. My duty officers have "inspected" countless bases and facilities. They have also boarded countless freighters that Starfleet is notorious for leaving undefended.

Not true. Maybe you have an outdated guide. It can be done entirely through DOffs (and this is the best way to do it).

Once you reach 50k in Diplomacy, it starts to move quickly. By that time you'll have plenty of BOff's that will get you critical results with hundreds or thousands of points each.
