Just noticed this, but the value in the hover-over tooltip for bonus to energy and projectile weapons from tactical team 1 isn't always static and occasionally drops as low as 4 from the 18 I expect. I can't seem to find a correlation with anything else going on (power levels fluctuating etc etc).
Anyone else got this, or even know about it? Can't really be bothered wading through the last few months patch notes to check.

Tactical Team, Science Team, and Engineering Team's effects scale off of the percentage of alive crew.
At around 80%+ it caps out at +18 to skills
Below 20%ish it bottoms out at around 5? to skills
Most people take it for the continual stripping of boarding parties, continual stripping of tactical debuffs and the instant automatic shield rebalancing for 10 out of every 15 seconds.
Did I just squeak in under 30 days? Or is this a duplicate thread? Or since this was the first thread within 30 days is this the ORIGINAL thread and the other one is a duplicate?
